Volusia Health Network- is one of the network providers. They maintain the Health Partnership Plan Directory.

Fiserv Health -pays the claims for the Health Partnership Plan, in addition to providing numerous other services.

PPHA - provides the following services for the Health Partnership Plan:

24 hour - 7 days a week Call-a-Nurse Help Line (877) 582-7061

Expanded Network;

Disease Management; and Case Management.

Walgreen's Health Initiatives - provides the retail and mail order prescription drug programs for the Health Partnership Plan.

The Allen Group - provides following services for the Health Partnership Plan:

Employee Assistance Program;

Mental and Behavioral Health & Substance Abuse Network; and Pre-certification services.
