Office of Institutional Research

Mission - This office provides quantitative and analytic information to support strategic planning, assessment and decision making at all levels, and fosters effective use of resources available to the College. IRE has multiple functions such as federal and state reporting, enrollment analysis and forecasting, compilation of college fact books, strategic planning, assessment and accreditation.

Accountability, Research and Consulting - The primary responsibility of the Office of Institutional Research is the preparation, maintenance and analysis of internal data reports. Many reports, including FTE and headcount information, are available via the web for college-wide distribution and use. Ad hoc reports are used on a daily basis for analysis and to provide specific information for use in speeches, publications, media requests as well as other external requests. IRE personnel serve on a variety of internal and external committees as resources and to provide information to aid in decision-making.
