Daytona State remains open for Thursday, Aug. 21

DAYTONA BEACH, FL (Aug. 21, 2008) - Daytona State College will open for registration from noon to 7 p.m. today, Thursday, Aug. 21 on the Daytona Beach and DeLand campuses.  The 1:30 p.m. Fall Planning meeting is canceled. All administrators are to report to work today at noon.  All employees are to report to work on Friday, Aug. 22, normal operational hours, unless further notified. In addition, all campuses will be open for registration services on Saturday, Aug. 23 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please monitor (386) 506-HELP(4357), or the Web, or Channel 15 for further information.

Classes will begin as scheduled on Monday, Aug. 25 and registration will continue through Friday, Aug. 29.

The Advanced Technology College Open House scheduled for today, Thursday, Aug. 21, is canceled.
