Daytona State announces series of weekend photography workshops
DAYTONA BEACH, FL (Aug. 26, 2008) - Providing an opportunity to explore photographic techniques and develop work for a professional portfolio, a series of weekend photography workshops will be offered by Center for Community & Professional Education at Daytona State College, starting Sept. 13.
This series of half-day workshops with Per Hans Romnes are designed to improve and refine photographic skills. Work on your own individual goals and develop work for a photographic portfolio. Basic darkroom skills and a manually adjustable 35mm camera are required.
The workshops meet from 9:30 a.m. to noon each Saturday through Dec. 6. Open enrollment will be held on Saturday, Sept. 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost: $249.
