A thought provoking and entertaining addition to diversity awareness training, CLOWN is refreshingly unique, and combines both drama and comedy to explore the effects of diversity in everyday life.

This training is suggested to all Daytona State employees. With this training you will learn:

• To build awareness of the different biases we currently hold
• To understand each others differences
• To find similarities among us despite our differences
• To create an organization that is open to diversity
• To accommodate and work with those with differing abilities
• To establish a college culture that promotes and values inclusion

The clown video is a part of our 2 hour Diversity Training called “Respecting Our Differences” The delivery of the training is a mixture of small and large group discussion, video and other adult learning techniques.
