This training is geared to employees interested in serving as mentor to Leadership Development Institute Participants and other Daytona State College employees who seeks guidance in their professional path at the college. We rely on the goodwill and generosity of volunteers to make this program happen. Your time commitment is relatively small, but your investment in helping others may help advance a colleague’s personal and professional life. This one-hour session aims to educate and provide structure to prospective mentors.
