Creating and Modifying Your PIN Number
Go to the Daytona State Home Page and then click on 'FalconNet Online Student Services' (or you can click here to go directly to FalconNet Online Services). This will bring up the page for you to log into the various services available to you.
Type in your College ID number and your PIN number. (Your initial PIN number will be your birth date - i.e., January 16, 1980 would be 011680).
Click on LOGIN. If you get an 'Invalid PIN Number' message, re-enter College ID and PIN # to check for accuracy. If you get the same invalid message:
Go to any campus Falcon Center and, showing identification, request to have your PIN reset.
Fax the PIN Number Reset Request form (pdf) to the Daytona Beach Campus Records office at 386.506.4489 (or you can fax a letter requesting a PIN reset. This request must include your name, student ID number, birth date, telephone number and your signature). We will call you when the PIN has been reset.
Please note: we cannot accept telephone requests to reset your PIN.
Creating your own 'secret' PIN will be your next step. Choose a PIN with at least 4 digits but no more than 8 digits (all numbers). Type in this 'secret' number and then type again for validation. You will be required to enter your PIN each time you access Online Student Services so be sure to choose a number you can easily remember or write it down.
Click on LOGIN. This screen should show your name as an indication that you have successfully accessed your personal account.
CONGRATULATIONS! You have successfully logged in to Online Student Services.
What do I do if I forget my PIN number?
